Horrible customer service, I was hung up on, told to stand by on several occasions and never got the followup call back, had to get my school involved to have the issue resolved.

I was told by their inept customer the service is open 24/7, yet the phone is never answered, and you go straight to voicemail. Messages left go unanswered.

Lab files disappear after saving to the platform's desktop, broken codes used in lessons, completed and correct lesson are deleted and marked as incomplete.

It was a frustrating mess of an experience for me. I called my school literally crying and was help by my school's tech help desk.

Subscription problem

UCertify - Subscription problem

This is Bharat Siva Kumar Budda. I did the wrong subscription for the uCertify course.

Actually, I want to take one course but unfortunately, I took two courses. The right course is TRN-IS5113.Aj2 for Data Mining and Data visualization and the wrong course is TRN-InF503.AB1 for Advanced Database.

No customer service, overcharge, lab errors alot

*** If you have issues, best advice is to go and complain on social media (ALL of them)

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn. POST complaints.

Then they respond quickly. 1) they will overcharge. ALWAYS check your actual bank account a few days after processing. You get receipts at the right price of purchase, and may end up seeing a second charge later from your bank for triple the cost or more.

2) They have almost no customer service.

You leave a voicemail 99% of the time. They will call back days later and sometimes at 3am in the morning (EST). That is becauese they are not based in the US. The California listed address is a front for the business located in India.

3) Sending an email also gets the same treatment.

You will not get a response quickly and frequently they will respond with "We are closing this as resolved" without resolving anything.

4) Labs sometimes malfunction/the VM's have issues connecting and you can't complete the labs. Sending a message/opening a ticket within Ucertify labs itself also gets the same treatment.

You will not receive responses/fixes fast. I usually get a response of (a few days later) "We are closing your ticket"

User's recommendation: Universities use them/require their use, so just be wary of all charges. No way to avoid-the colleges shouldn't use them at all.

Absolute *** program. I've been taking classes for a while and everytime I get a Ucertify course I want to die. I know I'm in for a whole nightmare when they open up the first unit with terms connected to terms they expect me to just know even though I was never taught any of them, then it expects me to spend hours upon hours reading material on these terms that I don't understand because the definition they give me is about terms they never taught me

I hate that you have to answer a question 3 times to "master" it, and if you get it wrong it makes you answer it more times. Honestly it is a complete waste of time. I hate it so much! I do not recommend it.

My college is using them. I have taken screenshots of when they marked my answer to a technical question wrong, when it was actually correct.

I told my school and they just sit on their hands. I kept taking the exams because you have 10 tries and I was wondering why I was always getting 90 to 95% and it was because there are bugs in their system. The people at UCertify who run the system were notified by me of their bugs but they have not did anything in the past month. How many other students have gotten lower grades because of this lazy company who doesn't want to fix their systems.

As for volume of content, of course they don't have NEARLY enough material here to help you get the certificate. Just look and see. It's a NO BRAINER! Look at the two photos here.

Notice the one that has "Incorrect" on it. Do you see all the green check marks? That means that their system showed them as right but when the question was submitted it flags them as wrong. Notice the picture that says "Correct" in the top right.

Funny hey? The same cable types are listed further proving that I was correct.

How many students in my college received lower grades because of this bug? (I cannot rate the website on scholarships, staff or anything but reliability ) Reliability is alright, they just need to start answering technical support complaints and then doing something to make it right.

they ARE in India. They have a "dummy location" in california at their 'listed' company site.

****COMPLAIN ON TWITTER AND FACEBOOK PUBLICLY**** They will respond then. They hate social media complaints. Make it big and loud and be transparent about whatever issue. I can promise you WILL get a response very quickly.

1) they will frequently overcharge 2) the labs are down alot and frequently error. When I have time to work on my labs between my 2 jobs, It is frequently down for "maintenance" for 4 hours or more, which is about as long as I have before my 2nd job starts. 3) Customer Service? You never get anyone.

You have to leave voice mails and then they call days later. Send a comment for help in the support page thru your college? You won't get a response for days...and then they will say "its resolved" without even talking to you. I spent weeks trying to get an overcharge (paid $70 thru the college for access, and then was charged >$300 additionally/on top of that amount.

I left several voicemails at their "customer service number" which is a dummy line in California. I sent emails. Messaged thru the platform. Then they called at 3am EST.

Even midnight PST would have been too late for many. After complaining on Social media (twitter/fb/insta/etc) they responded finally and I got my refund and access restored.

They also admitted they ARE in India. The company is actually from there/based there.

Failed to provide sufficent material.

Stupidly fell for the sales shpeel. Got to the first test and failed due to lack of material given. The system itself wasnt to bad I will admit but the content on there was something I could find out on google. There isnt really as practical element to alot of stuff, which for a course that involves practical skills Should have On top of that Took so long to get a reply I could not continue to do the tests as they failed to reply to me in time. How can someone pretty much ace everything on the system that is, and I quote 'Information needed to pass the exam and nothing more' And then fail the exam.
